The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are popular with young adults, but that young adults should also be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, she or he should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavours were added following the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing would be to strictly regulate the production of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. The only difference between the product and another products was that this product did not have any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a nice and tangy preference with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, offering me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
